Monorepo publishing

Registry publish is per-directory and structure-agnostic — a monorepo with multiple sibling packages can version and publish each independently, with no shared git tag and no git-subtree hacks.

For repeated multi-package publishing, use the bundled CLI wrapper:

perchly-cli --bump patch my-org

It detects which package directories changed since the last publish, bumps each one's version, and runs swift package-registry publish for you.
