Does Xcode's "Add Package" dialog work with Perchly? Not for entering a registry identifier directly — only git URLs are supported there. Run the one-time swift package-registry set command in Terminal first; after that, projects with a Package.swift resolve normally, including through Xcode.

Are packages signed? Not yet. swift package resolve/build print an "is not signed" warning but still succeed.
