Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You sign in via GitHub OAuth. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your bearer tokens secure.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Perchly to host malware, infringing content, or anything illegal, and don't abuse the infrastructure (excessive load, security probing, credential sharing across accounts).

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the packages and code you publish. Perchly only hosts and serves it back to your team.

4. No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not currently commit to any uptime SLA.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability is capped at $100 or the fees you've paid us, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you publish, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Your data is deleted within 30 days of termination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Belarus. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minsk.
